There is a $1.95 one-time load fee. There are no other transaction fees on the account.

Provide your information and the recipient information to the retailer

Provide mobile number, email address.

Specify the account balance

You can load the account with any amount between $20 and $200.

The account information will be delivered to the recipient electronically

An SMS and email will be sent to the recipient to tell them how to register.
